Dreadful customer service

I ordered 2 face washes from this company. The products were dispatched and were due to be delivered by Evri. They were "out for delivery " but then suddenly they disappeared. No explanation from Evri so after a few days I contacted OW. I rang their "hotline". Absolutely useless. It usually went to voicemail but the one time somebody did answer they said they'd call me back and didn't! I rang a landline number I found through Facebook. Again voicemail. Left a message. No return call. I texted the mobile "hotline" number and emailed their "hello" email address numerous times. No response. This is completely unacceptable from a company selling to the public. The customer service is shocking. I have been buying their face wash for many years. I won't be buying it again!

Great Product

I have sensitive skin that reacts badly to most face washes. Apart from this one! Cleans my face, makes it feel fresh, and without causing any bad reaction.
