Still waiting for rest of order

The hand wash smells lovely but I ordered 2 and only one arrived with a broken pump so the product leaked onto other items. I'm still waiting for 2 other missing items too. I have not received a response to my emails or telephone messages. I have spoken to people using the hotline but have received nothing yet.
